If you're an experienced artist looking for immersive creative growth, this 3-night retreat in the scenic village of Stean, North Yorkshire, could be the ideal getaway for you.
The Experience
Enjoy hands-on landscape painting in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with daily outdoor sessions (weather permitting) and studio work in a converted space. Focused on intermediate to advanced artists, the retreat includes one-to-one guidance, group critiques, and practical demonstrations to refine your skills and experiment with new techniques.
Daily Structure
After a morning briefing, we'll explore the local landscape on foot for plein air painting, breaking for lunch back at the studio or with packed meals in the field. Each day concludes with a group review and optional evening meet-ups at a local pub.
